Steps for cleaning impurities on the surface of woodworking CNC lathe?

Manufacturers who have used CNC woodworking lathes for a long time must pay attention. What should we do if impurities appear when the equipment is used continuously for a long time?

1. First, we conduct preliminary cleaning treatment. The main job is to remove the paint, rust and old oil on the surface of the equipment.

  (a) When we go to paint, as long as it is a rough surface, we can generally use the scraping method;

  (b) When we deal with rust spots, as long as the color of the metal can be seen, then it is OK to clean it with gasoline;

  (c) When we remove the old oil, we can use a softer metal piece to scrape off the old oil, or we can use a degreasing agent to remove the old oil;

2. Secondly, we can directly use cleaning agent to clean the surface of the equipment. If there is still a lot of grease, we can also use hot oil for scalding treatment, but the temperature of the oil should not be too high.

3. Finally, carry out the overall cleaning operation. After removing all kinds of impurities on the surface of the machine, you can use compressed air to dry it, and then use kerosene or gasoline to clean the entire surface of the machine.
