How to maintain woodworking engraving machine

After the machine has been used for a long time, it will make a touch sound when it is turned on, and there will be a slight sound of sharp metal friction, and the sawdust in the air hole will accumulate in piles. At this time, it is time for maintenance.

1. Preparation tools

1. Slotted screwdriver

2. Phillips screwdriver

3. Needle nose pliers

4. Universal needle oil (available in hardware stores)

5. Small brush

2. Maintenance steps

1. Unplug the power cord. Safety first.

2. Take off the plastic sheath, take the Phillips screwdriver counterclockwise, and loosen the two screws.

3. Take a screwdriver and unscrew the left and right pair of carbon brush screws counterclockwise, take out the carbon brush with needle-nose pliers, and carefully remember the installation position of the carbon brush, so that the restoration will be smooth.

4. Clean the dust on the carbon brush with a brush. Spray lightly when you have an air spray gun.

5. The shell should be pulled apart with a little force.

6. Rotate the motor shaft with your fingers to see if there is a sound of touching the machine or metal friction.

7. Make sure there is no dust, use a universal needle car oil, drop a little bit into the seam on the ring, and unscrew the shaft with your fingers to ensure that the oil is absorbed.

8. Wipe off the remaining oil, otherwise it will be dusted in the future.

9. Follow the steps above to restore the device.

10. After locking most of the screws, turn them with your fingers to see if they are smooth, whether the carbon brushes are installed well, and make sure there are no abnormalities.

11. Plug in the power and turn it on until the sound of turning on is normal!
