In guarantee period, all non-human reason probems of machine or parts ,we will responsible for free maintenance or replacement of new ones with sending out in 3 working days.

We will send all the documents by air after shipment. Including packing list, commercial invoice, B/L, and other certificates required by clients.

For standard machine, it would be 7-10 working days; for non-standard machine, it would be 20 - 30 working days.

Normally we accept T/T or L/C, if you like other terms, tell us in advance.

If our two parties agreed on CIF terms, we will book ship from our agent one week in advance and send Bill of Loading(BL) to client to confirm consignee information;
If it is FOB or EX-WORKS terms, clients could send us their freight forwarder information to book ship.
