Low-power ones are only suitable for two-color panels, architectural models, small signs, three-dimensional handicrafts, etc., while carving jade, metal, etc. requires a power of more than 1500W. The high-power CNC Router can do the same thing as the low-power CNC Router. Suitable for large-scale cutting, embossing and engraving.

Daily maintenance method:

1. The continuous running time is less than 10 hours a day to ensure the cleanliness of the cooling water and the normal operation of the water pump. The water-spindle motor must never be short of water. The cooling water should be replaced regularly to prevent the water temperature from being too high. In winter, if the working environment temperature is too low, the water in the water tank can be replaced with antifreeze.​​

2. After each use of the machine, pay attention to cleaning, be sure to clean up the dust on the platform and the transmission system, and regularly (weekly) lubricate the transmission system (X, Y, Z three axes). (Note: the X, Y, Z three-axis polished rods are maintained with oil; the screw part is added with high-speed butter; if the working environment temperature is too low in winter, the PRTT ball screw and polished rod (square guide or circular guide) part should be used gasoline first Rinse and clean, and then add oil, otherwise the resistance of the transmission part of the machine will be too large and the machine will be dislocated.)

3. When performing maintenance and inspection on electrical appliances, be sure to cut off the power supply, and wait until the monitor has no display and the main circuit power indicator light is off before proceeding.​​

4. After the CNC Router is used for about three months, the fasteners should be inspected, and the connecting screws on both sides of the gantry, the fastening screws of the lead screw nut, and the fastening screws of the motors on both sides should be fastened.
