1. The reason for the drive: the structure of the drive itself or the original electronic components can also cause misalignment, and this is the most common cause. If the number of occurrences is small and adjust a lower speed, sometimes it can be engraved normally, which means that the drive has not been completely broken. If it is misplaced at the beginning of engraving, it means that the drive is completely broken. This kind of drive can be repaired or replaced.

2. The reason for the voltage: the cnc router requires a lot of power when it is working. If the voltage is too low to supply the driver with insufficient power, the power will not reach it will cause misalignment. Generally speaking, the Y axis is more. This phenomenon may occur The external voltage is not enough, or someone uses high-power equipment such as electric welding on the same line. A good way to solve this is to install a 5000-watt stabilized power supply, but the error range of this stabilized power supply cannot exceed 5%, preferably within 3%.

3. The reason for the interface board, main board, and adapter board: If the interface board, main board, or adapter board is broken, the machine will not move in one direction or all three axes during the working process, causing the engraving to be misaligned.

4. The reason for the motor: the whole machine does not move in a certain direction, and the screw cannot be turned by hand. It is the reason for the stepper motor or the servo motor.

5. The reason of the machine struction itself: a certain part of the machine is faulty or loose, and there are impurities on the surface, which will also cause dislocation. If the coupling is loose or broken, it will be misaligned. The guide rail and screw rod will also be misaligned if they are not cleaned and refueled for a long time.

6. This phenomenon will also occur if any wires of the cnc router is broken.
