If engraving starts when the spindle speed has not reached the specified working speed, which will easily cause damage to the bearing; when the resistance of engraving different materials is different, if the speed is not adjusted in time, the spindle of the engraving machine will be damaged.

5.The anti-freezing measures of the main shaft in winter are not in place.

Due to the low temperature in winter, water is easy to freeze. If the user does not promptly drain the residual water inside the spindle after the engraving machine is used, due to the principle of thermal expansion and contraction, the volume of the residual water will increase and the spindle will be frozen. Therefore, in some cold areas, we recommend adding antifreeze in winter to prevent unnecessary losses due to frost damage to the spindle.
