1. Maintenance of the whole machine:
·The new lathe needs to be inspected every 10 days to avoid running-in
·Tighten in time when loosening occurs,
·The screws are loose during the process,
·Check regularly in the future.
·The wood flour should be cleaned every 2 hours of work.
·The main shaft bearing should be oiled every 10-15 days of work.
·Especially the sliding guide should pay special attention to refueling on schedule.
·The bearing of the tool holder should be refilled every 10-15 days of work.
·Check the lubrication of the end bearing of the ball screw every 30 days of work.
·Check the wear and tear of the new V-belt after three months of operation. When the V-belt is too loose, use the motor fixing plate to adjust the tightness of the V-belt.
·This lathe has a dust cover, which not only prevents dust but also guarantees safety, so it must not be removed casually.

2. Maintenance of mechanical structure:
·Before get off work, the wood chips remaining in the machine body should be removed, especially the sliding guide, rotating shaft and lead screw should be recognized
Really clean up, and never allow debris to remain!
·After cleaning the sliding guide, rotating shaft and screw part, lubricate it in time.
Bearing lubricating grease or engine lubricating oil is suitable. It is forbidden to use gasoline, kerosene, diesel oil and other dilute oils to replace lubricating oil. Oil shortage operation is strictly prohibited!

Fastening inspections of fasteners should be carried out on a regular basis. Some fasteners may become loose due to long-term vibration.
This will cause increased vibration, faster mechanical wear, and the inability of the equipment to work stably, resulting in a decrease in the accuracy of processed parts.
Prone to ripples and deformation. If such a situation is found, tighten it in time! There should be no debris near the mechanical limit switch, and there should be no surplus metal objects hanging on the sensor sheet. Otherwise, it will cause mechanical action errors and switch failure.

3. Maintenance of electrical accessories:
·Dust removal in the electric box, closed electric box can better ensure that the internal electrical components are not affected by dust, but in a long time
After use, the user is allowed to open the box to remove dust. The dust removal method is: use 0.6-0.8mpa dry compressed air to blow the internal electric panel and internal control panel to the surface without dust accumulation.
·The stepper motor and power motor spindle should be regularly lubricated, and the outer surface should be dust-free
Good heat dissipation performance. The control panel and buttons can be wiped gently with dry cotton cloth (a little alcohol can be used) to remove dust. The external connection line should be checked regularly to see if there is any damage, and if it is damaged, it should be replaced immediately!

4. Replacement of common parts:
·Mechanical movement and rotating parts use standard parts. Long-term use will increase the gap and reduce the accuracy.
For replacement by mechanical professionals, you can also consult the manufacturer.

·Spindle bearing is high-speed bearing
·The linear sliding unit is a standard part of TBR 25. The sliding block is covered by a polymer plate and sealed with a wool felt ring.
·Replace the internal linear bearing, U model is: LM25
·V-belt is type B
·The chuck is self-made, which can be customized according to the diameter of the workpiece
System or find a machine factory for processing.
·The top is a standard machine tool, which can be purchased at the machine tool accessory store.
