Co2 Laser Power Failure Diagnosis And Maintenance Skills

Laser cutting machine users may fail during the use of the laser power supply. Today we have summarized the failure judgment process and laser power supply maintenance method of the laser power supply during use:

Fault judgment process:

1. First check whether the AC input is normal, and see if the fan behind the power supply is rotating. If not, please check the AC input.

2. If the AC input is normal, check whether the following three indicators are normally on when the power is turned on (the laser light is only on when the light is on), the WP is off, check the water protection switch, and the TL is off.

Common power failures and maintenance methods Common failures:

1. High-voltage ignition, the high-voltage line joint is too close to the iron shell part.

2. No light, the fan does not rotate, and the fuse is broken.

3. It can be forced to emit light, but cannot be controlled by the motherboard. The front stage low voltage control part is broken.

4. The current cannot be adjusted and the current control part is broken.

5. Always blow the fuse, which belongs to the short circuit of the power tube.

The maintenance methods of laser power supply are as follows:

1. Replace key components. Generally do not emit light, you can change the amplifier tube 460 or 450 first, and then consider changing the high voltage package.

2. Voltage detection method.

Maintenance tips for CO2 laser power source not emitting light:

1. Turn on the power and observe the failure point of the laser power supply.

2. First determine whether the cooling fan is rotating: if the fan is rotating, it means that the high-voltage line part is faulty; otherwise, if the fan is not rotating, it means that the control line part is faulty.

3. When the fan is running, check whether the output of 220V power supply has voltage after rectification, and then check whether the power amplifier tube is burnt out. Whether the voltage after power amplification is normal is 400-600V DC pulse. If something goes wrong, replace it.

4. When the fan is not running, check whether the voltage after bridge rectification and voltage regulation is normal, and then check whether the voltage after the transformation is normal. Usually the control chip is prone to failure.
