1.Continuous running time of less than 10 hours per day,ensure the cleaning of the cooling water and the normal operation of the pump,never make water spindle motor water shortage,replacement of cooling water in time to prevent excessive water temperature. In winter, if the working environment temperature is too low, the water in the water tank can be replaced with antifreeze.  

2.Every time the machine is used, pay attention to cleaning. Be sure to clean the dust on the platform and transmission system, and lubricate the transmission system (X, Y, Z three axes) regularly (weekly).

(Note: X, Y, Z three-axis polished rods are maintained with engine oil; the screw part is filled with high-speed butter; if the working environment temperature is too low in winter, the screw rod and polished rod (square rail or circular guide rail) should be cleaned with gasoline first. Then add the oil, otherwise it will cause the machine transmission part of the resistance to be too large and cause the machine to be misaligned.)

Lubricate the lubricant with a loose screw if necessary.  

3.To perform maintenance inspection on the appliance, be sure to turn off the power, and wait until the monitor has no dishplay and the main circuit power indicator is off.
