Solution:

1. Generally speaking, when encountering this situation, check the driver of the board as soon as possible, because it may be that the driver of Weihong card is not installed on the computer.

2. If it is not the cause of the drive, it may be the cause of the slot. Changing a PCI slot should solve the problem;

3. If the problem cannot be solved, it is not the problem of the slot, it must be a problem with the Weihong card, just replace it with another card;

4. Of course, it is also possible that the data cable of the machine is in poor contact. Reinstall the two data cables and check if there is any broken needle;

Question 2: When opening the software, it prompts: three-axis alarm, initialization error.

Solution：

1. Check whether the two data lines of the computer and the machine are connected properly;

2. Check whether the fuse of the adapter board in the control box is burned out, and change the fuse;

3.Check whether the 5V-12V power supply is normally supplied.

Question 3：The software can’t be opened normally, and the carved objects are deformed.

Solution：

1. There may be a problem with the operating system of the engraving machine. At this time, you need to reinstall the new system and software;

2. It may also be the problem of the engraving machine itself, check whether the X, Y axis screw rods and screws are loose;

3. If the engraving tools has a problem, it can also cause such a problem, so it is very important to choose the right knife according to different engraving techniques.

When the customer encounters a CNC  router software failure, do not panic, and do not blindly disassemble the machine for maintenance. After analyzing the problem, understand where the problem occurred according to the situation, and then proceed with the troubleshooting , Or after consulting the supplier manufacturer, clarify the fault situation clearly, and troubleshoot the CNC machine according to the manufacturer’s guidance.
